I started making beaded jewelry about 23 years ago when I worked for Crown Pearls International at Kaanapalii's Whaler's Village in Lahina, Maui. There, a Portuguese lady who spoke very little english, taught me how to recognize a quality pearl and the process of harvesting. After a while I took a sales position....and loved it! 2 years later I moved to the mainland, West Linn, Oregon and began working for a couple, Michael and Ginny Katz, who were the authors of many New Age books. They employed me to string their designs based on Holistic remidies to complement their books. I truely enjoyed it and was glad to work with so many quality gemstones. Again, that knowledge helped me recognize quality gemstones not only for their appeal, but for holistic qualities as well. That amazing knowledge I carry to all of my pieces. I can design a piece just for your holistic needs.
After being offered a graphic position designing and manufacturing embroidery and silkscreen in Chicago, (another one of my passions), I settled in the suburbs where I met and married my husband Larry. We have 2 children, Cassie who shares my love for jewelry, especially pearls, and Travis, who has put is color combination to the string board!
He is a fossil hound and a train nut.

With 20 years experience in design, color, process,and manufacturing knowledge and a wonderful storefront to showcase my one of-a-kind peices, I'm sure you'll love something!
